Just had the best car repair experience in my life!! Caliper froze up on my Jeep and I live 1.5 miles away with no friends or relatives near by. Found Rob’s Complete Auto Repair online. I walked in at 0815 not realizing the shop didn’t open up until 0900. Rob greeted me and never mentioned that he wasn’t opened yet. I explained to Rib that I was over an hour away from home and needed repairs to get back on the road. He instantly started ordering parts and when they arrived he performed the repair with expert precision. His front office colleague Ozzy took care of my paperwork and kept me company with great conversation. The only downside of my experience is the fact that Rob’s Complete Auto Repair is over an hour from my home!!! I trust and highly recommend this shop. Great Shop, Great Team. Great Work. Thank you Rob!!!!

I brought my sons car to Robs Auto repair after it started to misfire. I called Robs and he got me In the next day. Fortunately for my son it was a simple repair with a low repair cost. He then told us about some major issues with the front end suspension of the car which was caused by wear and tear. I’m glad he took the time to inspect my sons car and was able to find these safety issues. The total amount for the repair cost was very reasonable and peace of mind is priceless. I have since returned and had my front and rear brakes worked on with the replacement of the discs and pads. Once again Rob was very reasonable on the price and was able to replace the parts with a higher quality parts than competitors. I highly recommend using Robs Complete Auto Repair and will be using him again in the future.

My car broke down on Saturday evening at a gas station when, by some miracle, Jesse pulled up and helped me out. By helping me out, I mean he checked out my car, ended up pulling out the starter, drove me to buy a new starter and then installed it. There were still some issues with the car so I got it towed to Rob's C.A.R. and on Sunday he decided to work on it! There was something that kept stopping the car from starting, and it was raining a lot, but Jesse just didn't want to quit until my car was good to go. Jesse is by far the most helpful and humble mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not to mention that I almost felt I had to beg him to take my money. He went above and beyond for a total stranger, and I will definitely be going back to Rob's C.A.R. because of that! Highly recommended!

Came here with my husband. We were looking at purchasing a work van and brought the used vehicle here to get an opinion. Drove straight from the car dealership to Rob’s Automotive. Called ahead to make sure he had time and it was ok. The vehicle was a little sketchy so we took it back to dealer and they offered us a different car. Used our ‘test drive’ to take it back to Rob’s and have an inspection. This second one was a thumbs up. Very happy to have this info and very happy Rob checked out 2 vehicles for us. Bonus - a very cool, antique car diagnostic machine sits in the lobby.

So thankful for this awesome company. I hit a curb going to fast and was really afraid of driving it the 30 minutes home. I called the closest reputable mechanic to my location and they were too busy. I called Robs which was the 2nd closest and was so thankful I did. They got me in in a reasonable amount of time even though they were super busy. Everyone was kind and patient as i was a little frazzled and took really good care of my car. They were speedy, efficient, knowledgeable and passionate. I had great interactions with all the staff and even got to meet Rob! They took the time to verbally explain and write down all the things I should look into in the future. A+ service-- would highly recommend!

I was so much sad about what happened to my Acura MDX. I made an assumption that the transmission is dead and gone. So I requested for a towing service to get it dropped to Carmax. However, the towing service asked me what happened to my suv. His name is John. He said, I don't think it's a transmission issue. He introduced Rob to me and told me that he's a very good person. So we went to Rob's Automotive instead of CARMAX, LOL. After a day, I got a call from Rob and he told me that the axle is broken and it's cut in half. The next day, I got my car! It's working now and driving so smoothly! Thank you Rob!

Rob was great! He got me set up with all of the work I needed completed at a fair price. Max worked on my car and had extensive knowledge of the car and what work needed attention. They were not pushy, nor did they try to push additional work that wasn't necessary. Overall great experience. It's hard to find good shops for classic cars and now I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Rob and his staff. I have a 1967 GTO. It has been very difficult to find a shop in my area that can work on classic cars. They checked my car from front to back and fixed several issues that were missed by two other shops. One day I noticed that a couple of oil shields were cracked. They removed all of the oil shields and adjusted the valves. The car has never run better!! Thank you Rob, Oscar and Pat.

What a great business with a fantastic owner! This is my second time running there with car troubles and walking out satisfied! The staff is amazing, Rob is very smart and fair, clean shop. 👏 if I could give 10 stars I would!! Thankful for places like this!

My entire experience was wonderful. They were very honest about what my car needed and didn’t try to oversell me on unnecessary work. They were efficient and kind and I will absolutely be returning for my rear brakes.

Rob did an amazing job on our truck and fixed the power steering pump and lines! He also looked over the rest of the truck and let us know of some other issues that needed to be fixed, i highly recommend!

Rob put front rotors and brakes on my 2015 Audi. He let me bring my on parts and informed me I only needed the fronts. He got me in and out. I appreciate it. I'll be going back for future work for sure.

Rob came in clutch for us. Needed a full brake line replacement and a master replacement, and he did it all that day. Fair price, great conversation, all in all a great experience!
